The web link www.zedboard.org is no longer valid as it routes to a generic
avnet.com boards link. Fix this issue by providing direct links to the Avnet
ZedBoard and Tria MicroZed boards.

On Zynq, the booloader is responsible for some basic initializations, such as
enabling peripherals, DDR and configuring pinmuxes. The ps7_init_gpl.c file
(and optionally, ps7_init_gpl.h) contains the code for such initializations.
Although U-Boot contains ps7_init_gpl.c files for some boards, each of them
describes only one specific configuration. Users of a different board, or
needing a different configuration, can generate custom files using the Xilinx
Vivado development tools.
This patch adds Buildroot support for custom zynq ps7_init_gpl.c files in the
same way that is already done for zynqmp when working with custom hardware
that is not already supported by u-boot.
To test this feature, the following configs can be added to any zynq_defconfig:
BR2_TARGET_UBOOT_ZYNQ=y
BR2_TARGET_UBOOT_ZYNQ_PS7_INIT_FILE=<path to custom board ps7_init_gpl.c>

The readme.txt file for zynq boards has some outdated information for the
custom board section. The custom ps7_init_gpl.c is now defined by
CONFIG_XILINX_PS_INIT_FILE and Buildroot always puts the Xilinx u-boot builds
in the output/build/uboot-custom directory.
This patch updates the instructions in the readme.txt file accordingly.

This patch moves the linux and uboot hashes from 'board/zynq/patches' to
'board/xilinx/patches'. The reason for this is that all of the Xilinx boards
including zynq, zynqmp and versal will be using the same linux and uboot repo.
By putting the hashes in 'board/xilinx/patches', the same hashes can be shared
amongst all of the Xilinx boards.

Linux 6.6 includes a xilinx directory in the dts directory structure for zynq
boards. This patch updates the post-image.sh to match the zynqmp post-image.sh
in order to support this change.

This patch migrates the u-boot device tree definition
from uboot.fragment files to use BR2_TARGET_UBOOT_CUSTOM_MAKEOPTS

This patch bumps configs/zynq_xxx_defconfigs to Xilinx software release 2022.1
which includes the following updates:
- U-Boot bumped to 2022.01
- Linux bumped to 5.15.19
- rootfs changed from CPIO to EXT4
- extlinux.conf for distro boot support
- U-Boot migrated from git clone to tarball for faster builds
This patch has been build and run tested on a ZC706 evaluation board.
This patch has been build tested only for zed, microzed and qmtech boards.

We are about to introduce genimage support for the Zynq boards. For
all of them U-Boot loads the DTB from a file named "devicetree.dtb" so
we need to rename it on the SD card image.
We could use genimage itself to rename files while creating the
image. But this would require a different genimage.cfg for each board,
leading to duplicate code.
Instead let's create a "devicetree.dtb" symlink pointing to the dtb
listed in the configuration. Currently all the Zynq-based boards have
only one DTS configured, but if one had two or more of them, the
symlink would point to the first one.

Since U-Boot supported SPL for Zynq boards at v2014.04 release, it
became much easier to build a system. At that time, however, users
still needed to manually copy ps7_init.c/h to the U-Boot source tree
to generate a working SPL image because ps7_init.c/h output from
Xilinx tools are not compatible with GPL.
Later, the license problem was solved when Xilinx tools became able
to output the GPL-compatible variants (ps7_init_gpl.c/h) as well.
U-Boot v2015.07 or later includes ps7_init_gpl.c/h for major Zynq
boards so that users can build a boot image straight away.
Now Buildroot supports 3 boards (Zedboard, MicroZed, ZC706) without
any manual intervention. This is a good thing itself, but commit
b9cd72cdbf ("zynq_zc706: bump U-Boot to xilinx-v2016.2") entirely
dropped the information about custom ps7_init files.
This commit provides up-to-date guidance for how to customize the
ps7_init files.
