configs: regenerate all defconfigs
During the hackathon in Vienna, it was decided [0] to stop requiring
annotated defconfig files, and that they should all be regenerated.
This commit does just that.
This is a mechanical change, achieved by running (the defcfg script is
repriducedc at the end of the commit log):

Out of our 302 defconfig files, only 247 needed regenerating, which
means that about 1 in 5 was already not providing the requested
annotations.
To be noted: three defconfig files had duplicate definitions, which this
commit resolves:

Below is the script to reproduce the commmit. What it does is regenerate
the configuration first, then applies a patch to update kernel headers
to 3.11, and then recalls the defconfig again, and finally verifies that
the 3.11 headers are not selected (and ignores whether the latest are
selected or not): we want to catch whether defconfig that were using
3.10, currently the latest we support, would stioll get those headers
after we regeerate those.

To verify that no other changes are made to the defconfigs that are
risky when the defaults change, we ran the following simple script
(where buildroot-prev is a checkout just before this commit). It shows
that there are many settings removed because they are default, but none
of them run the same risk that the default is going to be changed in the
future.

configs/solidrun_{macchiatobin, clearfog_gt_8k}: disable SSP
The Armada target does not provide platform level support for SSP. Fixes link failure: (.text.asm.update_stack_protector_canary+0x4): undefined reference to `plat_get_stack_protector_canary' This error does not show up on CI jobs because SSP was effectively always disabled until the previous commit. configs/solidrun_clearfog_gt_8k: bump BSP components
Switch to upstream ATF of recent version to fix build with recently updated mv-ddr. The vendor does not provide public access to newer ATF versions anymore. Bump U-Boot and kernel to fix dtc build on hosts with gcc 10. Increase rootfs size. The default 60MB is not enough. configs/solidrun_clearfog_gt_8k: bump versions of BSP components
Bump Linux to 5.2, U-Boot to 2019.07, and ATF to armada-18.12.2. Updated ATF uses updated binaries-marvell package which now provides common firmware supporting both A7K and A8K. binaries-marvell: bump version and switch to common firmware
Since release 18.12 binaries-marvell repository provides common firmware supporting both A7K and A8K SoC families. This commit bumps package version to 18.12 and removes platform specific binary selections from Config.in. Single firmware image suitable for both A7K and A8K platforms is now specified in mk file explicitely. Legacy handling is not needed, as configs which did have the option set will continue to work without change. configs/solidrun_clearfog_gt_8k: new defconfig
Add support for the SolidRun Armada 8040 based Clearfog GT-8K. This board has the same processor as the Macchiatobin, so we can reuse the Macchiatobin U-Boot and image definitions. The kernel fragment enables drivers that are necessary to make networking ports work (SFP, Ethernet port, and Ethernet switch).
