41b08a779b support/testing: test_python_txaio: include twisted sample 
Prior to b7d251293a, txaio would test both asyncio and twisted.

Add back the twisted sample and include the twisted package in the
config so both modes of the package are tested.

b7d251293a package/python-txaio: drop python 2 support 
As of upstream commit 735eb608637e7bbab4082a541ac802cc919fec22,
available since version v20.1.1, support for Python 2.x has been
dropped, and Python >= 3.5 is required. So we make python-txaio depend
on python3, and remove the python2 test of python-txaio.

We also remove the python-six dependency which is no longer used by
txaio, since upstream commit 62b0e7eaa22769687df1de8f57374cb0a42bdc4d.

ac4a052968 support/testing: use TestPythonPackageBase for python-txaio 
Move the test scripts to be run on the target from inline in the test
case to a separate file.

f389f26691 support/testing: add python-txaio tests 
Add a simple test case that imports the module to use with twisted in
Python 2 and with asyncio in Python 3.
