This commit bumps Linux to 6.12.20 and U-Boot to 2025.01, to align versions to those used in the Hifive Unmatched defconfig to make maintenance easier. The new U-Boot version needs gnutls. This commit also enabled BR2_DOWNLOAD_FORCE_CHECK_HASHES in defconfigs. The .checkpackageignore is updated to reflect that change.
