Vladimir Oltean 3382f53187 configs/ls1046a-rdb: bump BSP tag to lf-6.12.20-2.0.0 ...

Update the kernel, U-Boot, ATF tags, as well as documentation, used by
the LS1046A-RDB to the latest Linux Factory release.
