Abdul Samad	56a7fa78c9	Fix IDA v9 XML exporter datatype comment handling ... Fixes #8832. Use single-comment model for structures, enums, unions, and members. Pass structure type ids to add_struc_member instead of tinfo_t objects and resolve nested structure member types via the typeinfo API. Addresses datatype import failures reported for IDA 9.x.
