package/c-icap: fix musl build

Fixes:
https://autobuild.buildroot.net/results/33b/33bb3ea8ac36da7f40a82c580d3614f0b34a7ab2/

The oldest build error dates back to June 2024 so this patch should be
backported to LTS branches.
