check-package: Flag usage of '\t \\$'.

Browse Source 
check-package would flag tabs before a backslash ('\t\\'),
two spaces before a backslash ('  \\') but would not flag a tab before space
before backslash ('\t \\'), allowing someone to bypass the check.
