configs/sheevaplug_defconfig: add hashes for u-boot and Linux

And enable BR2_DOWNLOAD_FORCE_CHECK_HASHES.

Generated by utils/add-custom-hashes, with the (redundant)
linux-headers.hash replaced by a symlink.
