Julien Olivain e9911873aa configs/freescale_imx*: bump BSP components to lf-6.12.3-1.0.0 ...

This commit U-Boot, Linux kernel and ATF (when applicable) to the
NXP BSP lf-6.12.3-1.0.0 versions.

Custom hashes are also updated accordingly.
