Bernd Kuhls 9f44e9c879 package/cppcms: remove dependency to pcre
Upstream allows to replace pcre with std::regex since version 2.0.0:
731bc83a98

We switch the package to the new code path to prepare for the removal
of the unmaintained pcre package.
