- Drop patch and use {C,LD}FLAGS_EXTRA which are available since
  bdfec26744
- While at it, also move PREFIX to LIBSCRYPT_MAKE_OPTS as advocated by
  Arnout in

- Update indentation in hash file (two spaces)
